Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your CS2 server. Here's how refunds work — plain-English, no surprises.

7-day window

New customers can request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment, no questions asked. Email gg@air.mn with your invoice number.

Pro-rated refunds

If your server has a serious provisioning issue we can't fix within 24 hours of you reporting it, we'll pro-rate a refund for the affected period. We'll always try to resolve the problem first.

How long it takes

QPay and BYL refunds typically settle in 1–3 business days back to the original payment method. We send an email when the refund is issued from our side.

Email gg@air.mn or call +976-72666444 with your invoice ID. We'll confirm and process within 1 business day.
