Terms of service

These terms govern your use of GG.AIR (gg.air.mn). By using the service you agree to them. They're plain-English on purpose.

1. The service

GG.AIR provides Counter-Strike 2 dedicated server hosting in Mongolia. You rent a server; we keep it online. You're responsible for the content and configuration on your server.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use your server for cheating tools, account-selling, illegal gambling, or anything that violates Valve's CS2 server rules. Don't attack other servers — your access will be revoked.

3. Billing

Plans are billed monthly in MNT via QPay or BYL. Servers move to a grace period if not renewed by the period end, then deprovisioned 3 days later. Pro-rated refunds available within the first 7 days.

4. Liability

We do our best on uptime. For anything mission-critical (paid tournaments, prize matches), please contact us in advance for an SLA addendum.
